Depending on the package a memorial dedication and renaming certificate has been issued, a web page or website created and or a park project is slated for funding. These parks may have some funding but are awaiting additional funding to be raised or added to allow for projects of different sizes or needs. Directors at Large for the NDPA are being sought to head up theses projects. ​​​
